SERVICES – TECHNICALL SUPPORT:

MONDRAGON Watches is committed to providing uncompromising after-sales service and support. We are proud to offer a 5-day inspection period on each new MONDRAGON timepiece to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. To protect your investment, your MONDRAGON timepiece is covered by a twelve (12) month limited international warranty effective from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing and materials defects, but does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental impact (including but not limited to scratches, chipping of the crystal or wearing of PVD coatings)
  • Unauthorized repair or modification work
  • Bracelets or accessories
  • Water infiltration due to failure to secure screw-down crowns or submergence at depths exceeding the rated water-resistance

SHIPPING –POLICY

Normally we ship worldwide with FedEx/DHL/US POSTAL.

Please be aware that if you purchase something online it may be subject to customs and duties when it is coming into your country.

We can not be responsible for delays caused by shipping or customs.

We ship within 72 hrs except weekend and holidays.

We ship to the billing address which we get with your shop order.

Please note that we are not able to ship to PO boxes or APO.

You will receive a tracking number after your order has been shipped.
